FRUTTA PRODUCTION PROCCESS Pedro Ximenez sweet sherry + white wine from the Airen variety are the base of our unique product Frutta Winespirit. We elaborate this wine after pressing which have an extraordinarily high concentration of sugars and a certain degree of colouring, which are then submitted to partial alcoholic fermentation, later detained by the addition of wine alcohol. Ageing is exclusively oxidative in nature, facilitating a progressive aromatic concentration and increasing complexity, though always ensuring not to lose the fresh, fruity characteristics of the grape variety. The final blend is infused with 100% natural fruit juices and extracts to obtain the complex and incredible bouquet of Frutta Winespirit.

FRUTTA ORANGE/ Appearance: deep amber color with toasted rim and golden highlights. Clear and brilliant, with pronounced body. Aroma: of citrus fruits, especially of orange, layered with white flowers – jasmine and safron, laced with a subtle scent of liquor. Taste: unctious, yet citrusy and fresh, with noticeable acidity or sharpness, as well as with undertones of freshly baked pastries & christmas sweets.

FRUTTA CHERRY/ Appearance: deep amber color with toasted rim and golden highlights. Clear and brilliant, with pronounced body. Aroma: initially, reminiscences of maraschino cherries and caramelized sugar, which end with a bitter almond, or amaretto scent. Taste: in the mouth creamy and velvety, along with bitterness of dried fruits and the woodiness of a cherry pit.

FRUTTA RASPBERRY/ Appearance: deep amber color with toasted rim and golden highlights. Clear and brilliant, with pronounced body. Aroma: of bursting sweet raspberry confiture finishing with frangrances of dried flowers and violet hard candy Taste: in the mouth creamy, glazed with raspberry jam and fresh tartness that lightens the passage.

FRUTTA STRAWBERRY/ Appearance: deep amber color with toasted rim and golden highlights. Clear and brilliant, with pronounced body. Aroma: of fresh tart wild strawberries, resulting in nostalgia of being a child in a candy shop and reaching for the strawberry flavoured chewy ribbons in the big glass jar. Taste: an overall sensation of creaminess, with a robust aftertaste of strawberries served with freshly whipped cream.
